MEMBERSHIP
NCLDB offers two types of memberships:
Organizational Membership
Organizational members are those disciplinary entities who either have the authority to decide lawyer disciplinary matters or to hear evidence and make recommendations regarding lawyer disciplinary matters. These include hearing officers and disciplinary boards. Any person currently serving as such a member or on the staff of a Disciplinary Board may participate in the annual meeting of NCLDB as a voting member as well as the honor of serving as an officer or director of the board or as a chair of a committee. |
Associate Membership
Associate members are those individuals who are no longer current members or staff of a Disciplinary Board. While not eligible to serve as directors, officers or chairs of standing committees or to vote, they otherwise have all of the rights and privileges of membership. |
